Today is the official start of Spring. The equinox occurred around 11 am UTC, which is 8 hours ahead of California time. So we were all tucked into our beds sound asleep when this natural event happened.
The days will start getting longer and warmer, and we’ll be able to spend much more time outdoors before the sun goes down.

My Dad has a large piece of land in Baton Rouge, Louisiana that belonged to his parents and grandparents. He plans to retire within the year and is thinking of moving back to his old hometown in Baton Rouge. His cousins and some aunts still live there and he is considering moving closer to them. He has a lot of sentimental attachments to the land and would like to build a beautiful, custom home in the property.

My Dad is very generous with his time, love, support and finances. He helped me through college by assisting with my tuition fee and even helped with my car insurance. I am very grateful to him and since I have a full-time and well-paying job, I would like to get him something that he would really appreciate.
