Today is the official start of Spring. The equinox occurred around 11 am UTC, which is 8 hours ahead of California time. So we were all tucked into our beds sound asleep when this natural event happened.
The days will start getting longer and warmer, and we’ll be able to spend much more time outdoors before the sun goes down.

I just read an article about the importance of having a PH balanced diet. This is an old concept but gaining popularity as people lean towards the natural products. Having a PH balanced diet means that you’re not consuming too much of acid producing food like soda, sugar, and meat. Most fruit and vegetables are alkaline except for a few like cranberries. Even oranges and lemons are alkaline. It may seem acidic because it is sour but once they are consumed, they turn into alkaline. I hope more people are open to this concept because a healthy body can be achieved through right nutrition and regular exercise.
