This afternoon my girlfriend asked if I would go see a play named ”Our Town” by Thornton Wilder. It is the story about the life around the turn of the 20th century in a small farming town in New Hampshire. It characterizes how the people grow up, marry, live, and die and how their lives are centered around their local community. It is an old fashioned story but is also interestng and entertaining. It taught me to appreciate my own life, my community, and to take time to appreciate the people in my life as well.

I broke my pair of goggles last week and I really need a new pair of motorcycle goggles when I ride my bike to work. I stayed up so late last night watching the Rocky movies marathon. I am a big fan of the Rocky movie series because I empathize with the underdog. The script has some clever dialogues, too. Sylvester Stallone wrote the Rocky movies and would not sell his script unless he can act and star in the movies. He held on to his movie scripts even when he was offered thousands of dollars and he was a starving writer. He made the right choice because now his Rocky movies elevated him to being a Hollywood star. He is not the greatest actor but he is a pretty good writer and business man.

My mom raised me with meat and potatoes and that’s comfort food for me. Now that I live here in Los Angeles, I’ve been exposed to many global cuisines. My mom raised me with meat and potatoes and that’s comfort food for me. Now that I live here in Los Angeles, I’ve been exposed to many global cuisines. I like the Middle Eastern style beef shish kabobs, Chinese beef with broccoli, and Japanese teriyaki steak. Something has not changed though, I still enjoy the flavor of beef!
My roommate is into anything organic or natural. He introduced me to organic vegetables, fruits and natural beef. I found an online store called, “Nimanranch.com” that offers high quality Natural Beef at reasonable prices. They cut your selected meat upon your order. The cows at Niman Ranch are grass fed and free to pasture in large spaces, unlike other farms where the cows are confined in cages and injected with hormones and antibiotics.
I noticed that natural beef is tastier and more tender than regular beef. Natural beef has a sweeter flavor that is easily enhanced by a light dash of salt and pepper. Unlike regular beef that is full of hormones, natural beef is pure and more nutritious. Niman Ranch also dry ages its beef inside a controlled environment. By dry aging their beef for a minimum of 21 days the meat becomes softer and has a richer flavor. If you have ever eaten at an expensive steak house you can notice how the texture and flavor of the beef is so much better than regular store bought beef. I can’t wait to sink my teeth into one of these juicy flavorful and delicious Natural Beef steaks!

Tomorrow, he’s going to have another conference. I don’t know what he’s going to say but hopefully, it helps the stock market.
